Overall experience was immeasurable with the support from Raymund Jov Carcido from the start. He used to regularly follow up until we are satisfied with all our questions. This is the first time we are starting this business. So Raymund gone through every single paperwork and other process clearly for us to understand the process. We are still learning so I am hoping to get things sorted out according to the requirements. I would definetly recommended HCPA and their service worth the time and support from them.

The service provided was very professional with high standards. Mr Edwin supported me through the process of getting all relevant documents ready for the audit. He scaffolded information and ensured that I understood the audit process. Whilst getting the procedure document delayed this didn't impact on the overall experience and that I was able to submit this in a timely manner.
