From Complete Negativity and Dismissal to 100% Positivity and Support I want to acknowledge that my experience with HCPA started off quite poorly, and I previously expressed genuine disappointment — particularly due to a complete lack of communication from Rosalyn, who had been assigned as my account manager but failed to contact me for several days. When she eventually did get in touch, she brushed off the delay by saying, “We’re just in the middle of supporting other clients who are going through the audit.” That made me feel completely dismissed. I remember thinking — am I not a client too? That was the moment I asked to be assigned a different account manager. Despite that rough start, I believe in giving credit where credit is due. From the outset, Andrea, Ferdinand, and Luke were all fantastic — professional, helpful, and responsive. Luke, in particular, handled my frustration with care and ensured it was communicated appropriately. Andrea and Ferdinand got things moving smoothly from the beginning. But the real turning point — the complete 360 — came with Edwin Castro. He has turned my experience around entirely. Edwin, you’ve been nothing short of exceptional. From handling my case with care and precision to responding outside work hours, calling to ensure I’m updated and understand each step, and being proactive with documentation and progress — I could not have asked for a better account manager. You’ve restored my trust in the process and exceeded every expectation. I also want to thank Vincent for his follow-up call. It’s one thing to respond to feedback — it’s another to follow through and check in to make sure the improvements are felt. That call made a difference. The fact that HCPA took my earlier negative review seriously and used it as an opportunity to step up has shifted my perception of the company in a major way. That kind of responsiveness and accountability deserves recognition. So thank you: Andrea, Ferdinand, and Luke for the strong start. Edwin for being the account manager I genuinely needed. Vincent for following through. And to the HCPA team overall — well done. I'm still in the middle of the registration process, but I’ll update this review as things progress. Right now, though, I’m feeling confident, supported, and positive about what’s ahead.

From the very beginning, he made me feel completely at ease during our conversations. His friendly and approachable manner created a comfortable environment, making it easy to discuss any concerns or questions I had. What truly stood out was his responsiveness! He always answered my queries promptly and clearly, no matter how big or small. He explained the entire process in a way that was simple and easy to understand, which made navigating the NDIS much less overwhelming for me. They have both been there every step of the way providing us with help and guidance. to setup up our business. I cannot stress enough, how helpful both Joshua and Ron have been to my wife and me.
