From Complete Negativity and Dismissal to 100% Positivity and Support I want to acknowledge that my experience with HCPA started off quite poorly, and I previously expressed genuine disappointment — particularly due to a complete lack of communication from Rosalyn, who had been assigned as my account manager but failed to contact me for several days. When she eventually did get in touch, she brushed off the delay by saying, “We’re just in the middle of supporting other clients who are going through the audit.” That made me feel completely dismissed. I remember thinking — am I not a client too? That was the moment I asked to be assigned a different account manager. Despite that rough start, I believe in giving credit where credit is due. From the outset, Andrea, Ferdinand, and Luke were all fantastic — professional, helpful, and responsive. Luke, in particular, handled my frustration with care and ensured it was communicated appropriately. Andrea and Ferdinand got things moving smoothly from the beginning.
