HCPA Guarantees
First Client Guarantee
Registration is the starting line, not the finish. Once your business is operational, we work with you to secure your first paying client within 12 months. If we don't deliver, we keep working. For free.

Your first client, or we keep working for free.
Beyond Registration
Once your business is operational (licensed, compliant, actively completing your HCPA business plan tasks, and ready to accept clients), HCPA will work with you to secure your first paying client and support your transition into active service delivery. This guarantee applies for up to 12 months from the date your business is deemed operational. If we don’t deliver and you’ve met all your obligations, we continue working at no cost until your first paying client is onboarded and actively receiving services.
How We Get You There
HCPA supports your transition from registered business to active service delivery. We work alongside you on revenue-generating, operational, and compliance tasks outlined in your HCPA execution plan. A successful outcome is defined as at least one paying client who has been onboarded and is actively receiving services. The source of the client does not matter, provided the business is operational and the client is legitimate.

Talk To Our TeamTerms & Conditions
The First Client Guarantee applies for a period of up to 12 months from the date the business is deemed operational (licensed, compliant, actively completing HCPA business plan tasks, and ready to accept clients). If HCPA does not meet this guarantee, and all client obligations have been fulfilled, HCPA will continue working with the client at no cost until the first paying client is secured.
This guarantee applies to the relevant industries listed above only. It does not apply to Gambling services or Grants.
- The client must complete all critical revenue-generating, operational, and compliance tasks outlined in their HCPA execution plan. Tasks will be clearly defined and tracked.
- The client must remain actively engaged, including: attending scheduled meetings, completing assigned actions within agreed timeframes, and participating in sales, outreach, and onboarding activities where required.
- Failure to complete required actions or maintain engagement will result in the guarantee being void.
- A successful outcome is defined as at least one paying client who has been onboarded and is actively receiving services.
- The source of the client does not matter, provided the business is operational and the client is legitimate.
- The client must notify HCPA within 5 business days of acquiring their first customer.
- A customer is defined as someone who has either signed an agreement or has made a transaction for services.
- If HCPA does not meet this guarantee, and all client obligations have been fulfilled (and continue to be fulfilled), HCPA will continue working with the client at no cost until the first paying client is secured.
