We guide your business across its lifecycle to minimise regulatory risk and prevent licence loss. If your licence is revoked as a direct result of HCPA’s documented advice, we will fully manage and execute all remediation required, manage the re-application or reinstatement process, at no cost to you (excluding government fees), until your licence is restored.

The Licence-Loss Guarantee applies to all active HCPA Grow clients. If your licence is revoked as a direct result of HCPA’s documented advice, HCPA will fully manage and execute all remediation required, manage the re-application or reinstatement process, at no cost to you (excluding government fees), until your licence is restored.
This guarantee only applies to documented advice issued via email, platform, or written communication. Verbal advice is not included unless formally documented. This guarantee applies to the relevant industries listed above only.
- This guarantee only applies to actions taken based on HCPA’s documented advice, issued via email, platform, or written communication. Verbal advice is not included unless formally documented.
- If any actions are taken against HCPA’s advice that impact compliance, the guarantee is void.
- If the licence issue arises from fraudulent, illegal, or intentionally misleading activity, the guarantee is void.
- The client must implement all critical compliance actions as advised by HCPA within a reasonable timeframe (as specified in writing). Failure to do so voids the guarantee.
- The client must participate in all required compliance activities, including audits, reviews, and documentation updates, as requested by HCPA.
- This guarantee only applies while the client holds an active licence and is actively engaged with HCPA services.
- If licence loss occurs, a report must be forwarded directly from the regulatory body for HCPA’s review.
- This guarantee is only applicable to licence loss, not non-conformities. Non-conformities are managed separately outside of this agreement.
- This guarantee does not apply to regulatory changes outside of HCPA’s control that materially impact licensing requirements, where no reasonable preventative action could have been taken.
