The service provided was very professional with high standards. Mr Edwin supported me through the process of getting all relevant documents ready for the audit. He scaffolded information and ensured that I understood the audit process. Whilst getting the procedure document delayed this didn't impact on the overall experience and that I was able to submit this in a timely manner. I will recommend HCPA to my friends who would like to register as NDIS providers.

Overall experience was immeasurable with the support from Raymund Jov Carcido from the start. He used to regularly follow up until we are satisfied with all our questions.
