The first person I spoke to was Troy, who put me at ease, I've wanted to do this as a business for a few years now, the thing stopping me has always been the computer, ( I'm very hands on ) and the fact that I know nothing about behind the scene of NDIS, so don't want to do anything wrong, I ran my own hairdressing business which was easy, I'm doing this as a business because companies out there don't seem to care about their staff or the clients, so I'm wanting to do this for them, my goal is to be client and their families second family and the staff know they are supported and heard. The account manager Mark has been very good as well as Troy, you have very good staff there, keep them, I'm recommending people to you guys. Mark has sent me all the help I need, and is very good at explaining everything to me, paper work still stresses me out, but it's making me learn and I want to know everything, this is a new chapter in my late life, and I'm now excited, I've got great staff waiting to get going, I'll be hiring, HCPA I'm so glad I stumbled onto your site, I wouldn't be doing this if it wasn't for Troy and Mark
