From the very beginning, her professionalism and knowledge had made me feel at ease & made the application process feel so much more manageable and achievable. Bec took the time to break things down when I felt overwhelmed, and you never made me feel like any question was silly or insignificant. She was prompt with her responses and made sure I understood what was needed & never let me feel alone in the process. As a sole provider applying to become a NDIS provider, I had chosen to go with HCPA. My initial thoughts were to process and submit relevant paperwork by myself. Luckily I trusted the team at HCPA and got me through the final audit and submission in a timely manner. Ron Cajilig was my point of contact who answered every question I had quickly and accurately. I was in communication throughout the process both email and phone call which highlighted the dedication HCPA had to support me through the in's and out's of NDIS process.
