When she eventually did get in touch, she brushed off the delay by saying, “We’re just in the middle of supporting other clients who are going through the audit.” That made me feel completely dismissed. I remember thinking — am I not a client too? That was the moment I asked to be assigned a different account manager. Despite that rough start, I believe in giving credit where credit is due. From the outset, Andrea, Ferdinand, and Luke were all fantastic — professional, helpful, and responsive.
