Ben Pym

Ben Pym is an accomplished sales leader with 12 years of sales experience and over three years in management. Having been with HCPA for five years, Ben has progressed from Consultant to Managing Consultant and now Associate Director of Sales, playing a key role in the growth and development of multiple sales divisions.

Throughout his time at HCPA, Ben has led and scaled high-performing consulting teams, built a strong winning culture, and supported more than 1,000 clients to start, structure, and grow businesses across highly regulated sectors including NDIS, Aged Care, DVA, Attendant Care, Family Day Care and Long Day Care.

With a strong background in sales leadership, commercial strategy, team development and business growth, Ben is passionate about building results-driven teams and helping clients enter new markets with confidence. His ability to drive performance, develop consultants and scale sales divisions has made him a key contributor to HCPA’s ongoing growth and success.
