As one of HCPA’s earliest team members, Michael has been instrumental in the company’s journey from a founding team of four to a thriving multinational organisation operating across Australia and the United States. He oversees HCPA’s entire sales operations, leading a high-performing team across two countries, with responsibilities spanning sales strategy, P&L management, new market entry, division launches, and the development of sales managers and consultants. Michael’s passion for building strong sales cultures and delivering sustainable growth has made him a defining force behind HCPA’s success as a multinational organisation.
