Fei Teng

Fei is a senior technology executive with 20+ years of experience leading large-scale platforms across healthcare, government, and enterprise. As CTO, he has scaled global engineering organisations across multiple countries and delivered mission-critical systems for clients including the NHS and the Australian Department of Defence, on projects valued up to A$400M. Fei is recognised nationally as an expert advisor on AI policy and safety, having served as an expert reviewer for the Australian Government’s Voluntary AI Safety Standard V2. At HCPA, Fei leads the Technology division, driving AI-powered platforms and automation to help providers scale across the world’s most regulated industries.
