Katherine Harris

With nearly a decade of clinical experience in cosmetic nursing, Katherine brings deep industry expertise to her role as Associate Director at HCPA.

After completing her Bachelor of Nursing in 2015, she transitioned into the cosmetic industry in 2017 and has worked exclusively in aesthetics ever since. This focused career path has given her hands-on specialist knowledge across cosmetic injectables, peptides, and beauty, all of which are industries she helped build out at HCPA after joining the team in 2025.

Recognised for her industry knowledge and leadership capabilities, she stepped into the Associate Director role within just one year of joining HCPA. In this role, she oversees the Heads of Delivery across multiple industries, leading a team of knowledgeable experts who support professionals, investors and businesses to enter highly regulated sectors.
